We were asked to carry out work on this charming property in West London
This project was all about making a space much more useable. We fitted steelwork to enable us to remove walls, relocated the electricity meter to outside the property, repositioned radiators, plastered, carried out second fix carpentry, decorated and fitted a new floor throughout.
A leaking kitchen roof was overcome with the addition of a new brick parapet wall, a new GRP roof and the fitting of a new roof light.
Mark recently finished the renovations to our house which includes removing internal walls and introducing a supporting beam which went into both party walls either side of our property. It also included a new roof and roof light, new flooring, repositioning the electric meter and associated works and general making good to all the affected finishes.
From the outset Mark was a pleasure to deal with. Work was carried out on programme and to budget. More importantly the quality and attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was a problem and in the few instances where changes were required, he would fully explain them and we would agree any cost implications prior to him starting.
He also seamlessly managed dealing and coordinating with EDF, the local council building control officer and the supplier deliveries to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Mark and his team were completely trustworthy, polite, hardworking and diligent and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
